Citizenship exam had passed in 2006, waiting for a background check for more an a year?

Does anybody know about a open class action cases, I don’t know how is it called, cases that might to expedite this background check process, because my son is waiting for a greencard almost 6 years base on my greencard request. I know it will help him to get this greencard faster as soon as I become a citizen. Thank you for you help!!!

    Have your attorney file a petition in US District Court. It will take 3-4 months and you will get it done.

    Many people are stuck are in FBI name check right now.

    There really isn’t much he can do but wait at this point.
