I won’t say what company, but they were taking money from my bank accout so I borrowed a product from them and returned it, they say it’s employee theft and made me resign, no charges were filed, does this show up on my background check?

    It will not show up on a criminal background check, but I wouldn’t be putting their number on any job applications.

    Not unless they reported it!! If there were no charges filed then not likely will it be recorded anywhere.
