If one is granted amnesty, and someone does a background check on you, will the charge show up?

When someone is charged with and pleads guilty to a class A misdemeanor, and then is granted amnesty, will the misdemeanor still show up on a comprehensive background check? If so, is there a time frame for how long it will show up before it is dropped from public records? Can someone explain what it means to go through an amnesty program in this situation?

    For any new crimes will still be arrested or be.
    The crimes for any new crimes will still be on record to protect corporations from hiring bad people just that you commit you commit you are not protected by the crimes you commit you.
